WHY PACE HOMES NEED IT
A lot of Pace's growth over the last decade has been new subdivisions — which means a lot of homes with siding that's only a few years old. That siding is still just as exposed to this area's humidity and spring pine pollen bloom as a 20-year-old house, and often shows the buildup more obviously because the contrast against fresh paint is so visible.
